As a VA Engineer/Process Engineer at Gemit Solutions, you will work both with technical analysis and customer-facing assignments. Your main tasks include:

Training & Customer Support

• Conduct training sessions and webinars about their data analysis platform, aCurve
• Help customers analyze and understand their data
• Create reports and dashboards for customers

Data Analysis & System Development

• Identify opportunities for process optimization
• Propose new system improvements

Software Testing & Quality Work

• Test new features and releases of their platform
• Ensure that data and systems work flawlessly during installations
• Work with process support and quality control

Customer Care & Business Development

• Maintain ongoing contact with customers and understand their needs
• Support in selling digitalization solutions and projects
• Participate in conferences, fairs, and customer visits

• Have a Master's degree in, for example, chemical engineering, biotechnology, or water
• Have at least 5 years of experience working as a VA Engineer or Process Engineer
• Have experience working with Excel at a high level
• Have good system familiarity, preferably SCADA or aCurve
• Have an interest in AI and simulation
• Have the ability to work independently and drive projects
• Have a genuine interest in customer contact and change management
• Are fluent in Swedish and English, as both languages are used in your work

It is advantageous if you come from the consulting industry, preferably within the environmental sector.
